5 and 2!! That's it???
They replied , "We have nothing here but 5 loaves and 2 fish." And he said, "Bring them here to me." (Matthew 14:17-18).
You all know the story of Jesus feeding the many with few. Only 5 loaves and 2 fish. This was the issue that faced the crowd upon his arrival. Think about that. How can people nurture themselves on so little?
Today we have a chance to make a difference on those who have so little everyday. This walk is about raising relief and awareness to for those that need it! Can we take 5 loaves and 2 fish ans feed the masses? If we participate and walk we sure can!!!
Let's live in the way that Jesus did, and most certainly would want us too!!

Your Help Needed
Good Day Folks,
Hope to find everyone in good spirits as the holiday season approaches us. As I sit here and type this I am thinking about turkey, stuffing, and all of the wonderful things I have to be thankful for this year. I also know that there are those out there that do not have the opportunities that we do. Please take a look at the CWS website. As you know Haiti has been a country of wonderful people who have had less fortune than many throughout the world this year. A devastating earthquake, cholera outbreak, and now a hurricane have now plagued this country. As you think of things to be thankful for this year please take a moment and pray for those in need or donate to help them in many ways!! I hope that you and your loved ones have a WONDERFUL and SAFE Thanksgiving!!

Just Getting Started!!!!
Good day folks!!!
Today marks the first blog on our 2011 CROP Hunger Walk blogspot!! We will be using this blog to communicate new and exciting information for our upcoming CROP Hunger Walk. We are in preliminary meetings with local Congregations now and will be announcing a date/time/location for this amazing community event very soon!!! Not familiar with CROP Hunger Walk events?
